Jennifer Imediegwu focuses her practice primarily in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and civil litigation. She enjoys meeting with clients and assisting them in the preparation of their wills, powers of attorney, asset protection, Medicaid planning, and guardianship proceedings. She also has experience in a broad range of matters, including Real Estate Litigation, Wrongful Death, Employment Administrative Law, and Juvenile Matters.
Jennifer is a native of Detroit, Michigan and received her undergraduate degree in Public Policy from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Jennifer received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is married with two sons. She and her family reside in Clayton and are active members at Kings Park International Church in Durham, North Carolina. Jennifer loves spending time with her family and enjoys reading, travel, and fitness.
